contraception help

I’ve been on my different contraceptives including many combined pills, implant and progesterone only pill. I’m on the progesterone only pill right now and this has been ok for the last 2 years lately I’ve had symptoms similar to early pregnancy such as feeling sick, cramps and sore boobs. I’ve taken 3 tests all negative. Which makes me think they are side effects again which is why I’ve changed so much! I’m not sure what to do next! Doctors seem to have no clue how to help and I’m in so much pain. I’m thinking do I have a period and then go back on them (I’ve not had a period for 2 years) and see if that helps? Any advice?

I would say come off everything until your cycle is regular and then see what happens. Your body is an amazing thing and it might just be needing it. Then the doctors can go from there. There are plenty of option to contraception on the Market it’s just finding what’s right for you. Good luck
