Taken progesterone instead of estrogen in my femoston 1 pack by mistake ....help...

Hi all....can anyone advise...I'm on femoston 1 hrt...and I've taken the progesterone on.my pack by mistake I must have turned it over and started the progesterone instead of my estrogen ...what a idiot I'm use to the patches lol any advise...I've just continued with my estrogen got 4 pills left then the progesterone till end of 28 day cycle...help...lol x

Hi everyone ...you have probable seen my other posts !! My problem is now after having prolapse repair surgery I have now 11 months later a second prolapse I think its a rectoceil my bowel I can see in my vagina..I had really bad constipation on Christmas day and bleed alot after..I'm trying my kegal 8 again and upped my collegan and vit d..started using my vagifem to see if it will help..If not I will have to seek advise off my consultant I can't beleive I'm actually writing this ..tried so hard to keep onto of my constipation but due to taking naproxen it really did the damage..I'm hoping to delay another surgery if poss I really was pleased with the outcome of my prolapse surgery so it's such a shame this has happened..but looking back over the last 2 years I've had the worst time so it's not suprizing ...anyway folks any advise or stories will be appreciated...I hope some of my advise from experience has helped others in the past as I've gained a far bit of knowledge over the last years ha ha..big hugs x
