Hello

I want to stop taking cholesterol drugs and try myself to get healthier. Has anyone any advice? I am worried because my eyesight has changed since taking statins.

My husband took up cycling, and lost about 2 stones, although he is now only just in the high range at 5 the doctors still want him to take statins to get down to a 4. He tried a few different varieties before he found the one that didn’t cause too many side effects.
