Utrogestan newbie, does anyone have any positive experiences ?

Hello, I’m still finding my feet with HRT since becoming part of the surgical menopause club in Feb this year. I had my Overies and Fallopian tubes removed. I started on the Everol conti/sequi patch’s immediately but found I was getting a lot more migraines than pre surgery. After a chat with a very knowledgeable GP yesterday he thought that I was probably on the wrong regime. I am keeping the Evorol 50 patch and starting 100mg of Utrogestan orally daily. I was super exited by this and then read some forums ! They were all years ago, and I’ve found nothing recent. I’ve taken it this morning for the first time, I work shifts so there’s never a good time but may have to tweak it if I get the tired on it. Has anyone had a positive or even neutral experience of this combination? 😊✨

ive started taking it three days ago, so kind of in the same boat really. but i have noticed i wanted to sleep more this morning, normally i would be up by 8am but had to literally force myself to get up at 10.30.

but that is the only thing i have noticed so far, i think my sweats are slightly less than normal, but it takes a few weeks to kick in apparently.

feel free to message me if it helps. x
