Do I take my break from the pill now?

So I’m on the combined pill maexemi, I have take 2 full packs together and half of the 3rd pack but I’ve started to have spotting. Do I take a break now and then the rest of the pills after with a new pack

Thank you! I remember seeing one on here saying you should stop but I couldn’t find it again.

My logic is just that if you miss a pill halfway through a pack, they tell you to use backup for a week. I wouldn't want to take an entire week off, just in case it causes problems. It might be fine, but you don't want to risk it.
