Hi ladies,

I’m not due my period as yet, still have another 15 days to go to start. But I’m having pain in my breast ? When I press or lie on my front it’s sore? Has anyone experienced this before? And what can I do

Thanks

Good afternoon Edmonton81.

I suffer with very sore, tender breasts usually 2 weeks before my period is due. You have my sympathy because I know how painful it can be.

For me, they are sometimes worse if I've had fatty foods during this time and too much caffeine. Cutting this back helps.

However, (and I'm sure you are aware) please check your breast for any changes. Nipples too. And if in doubt call your GP. 😊

Hope the pain eases soon.
