Have you tried exclusion diets to see if your pain is related to something you're allergic to?

Well no but i havent really eaten properly for a couple weeks. Barely 1 meal a day Due to family loss and lost my appetite. Yet im still bloated and in pain.

Perhaps your digestive system is reacting to this?

Possibly. I hope its somethin as simple as that. Im going back to the doctors tomorrow and demanding help. Do u think that is the right thing to do? Ive searched my symptoms on the nhs website and some pretty scary things came up. And given what they have said in the past im freaking out

Your GP is the best place to go.

Looking up symptoms on the internet will only cause more stress. It's important to eat properly, & ensure you have no food allergies or intolerance, as well making sure you drink plenty of water.

I have tried ruling things out of my diet and nothing is making any difference

Some things like gliadin take 3 months to leave our body, other reactive foods can take weeks.

The protein that causes an antibody reaction from wheat.

Fructans, a carbohydrate also causes issues, as do lots of other foods: healthunlocked.com/healthye...
