for the past week if I touch my breasts they are so sore and i don't know why please help

I took a test and it was a negative turns out it was my period

Have you seen your doctor? If so, what did he/she say?

It was period related just never experienced this before so it was a scare for me

our breasts go through different stages with our womanly schedule as the yrs go on my GYN said. It started happening to me a couple yrs ago. Sore and lumpy some months!

I am new here, but I know that you can often experience sensitive/painful breasts just before your period is due.
