🙂 To be honest I wouldn’t speculate, for peace of mind and an exact diagnosis it’s better to speak to your GP.

Thanks for your help. my hubby called 111, who sent an ambulance to check me out, they didn't think heart related as they did a 12 lead test . i was given intravenous paracetamol and within an hour the pain eased.

ill be calling my Doctor on monday morning ..

You do need to get this checked asap, heart problems in women are often mistaken for indigestion or muscle pain, if the pain is making you feel unwell all the more reason to do something, if it happens again before you can see your GP you should seriously think about calling 111.

They did ask me to go in for a blood test to rule out a heart problem. Had my blood pressure being high id of gone but it was actually very low, too low as they remained here rechecking every 15 mins until it went to a normal level.

Ill be calling in to my GP Monday.

You must persist if this goes on because Drs are all to quick to dismiss women with possible heart problems, it's usually put down to age and anxiety!! It took 6 years for my heart problem to finally be taken seriously !

So glad you got checked over and it's not of immediate concern. You definitely need to follow up with your gp though. Keep us posted with how you go xx

You do need to check with your GP. I had same pain in the middle of chest and round my right side. It was my gallbladder. All stones are out now. Please see GP x

I know sometimes when you have bad gas it will travel. I’ve had the pains but not the sick or dizzy feeling.

I hope you can get thoroughly evaluated very soon, there are a lot of things that can cause chest pain.

Here's a video describing chest pain caused by mast cell activation with Dr Tina Peers. She is in the UK; in the video she says that her patients typically have already had all the tests run before they see her and that's a good thing to rule out other causes: youtu.be/NOkUDh3vHVU?t=1881
