I'm 23 yrs old and have a son. I have had a lot of tenderness in my right breast. As far as I can feel there is no lumps but it's tender to the touch. Nothing is swollen, or red. My lymphnodes aren't swollen either. Just wanting to know if I need to get it checked out?

I think I would get it checked out if it doesn't settle down. Even if just to give you peace of mind.
