Pelvic pain and no period

Hello all 👋 my names Tiffany and I'm 26 years old. About 6 months ago was the last (normal) period I had. After a couple months I started getting worried and took a few pregnancy tests, all which came back negative. At this point I'm 100% positive that being pregnant is not the issue as I would be 10 months pregnant by now. I went for a Pap smear and the results came back as having high grade dysplasia. I am scheduled for a colposcopy in 3 weeks. Also, because of my lack of menstruation I am also scheduled for a transvaginal ultrasound on this coming Tuesday. I just wanted to lay out everything that's been going on with me to see if anybody had similar problems and know what I might be walking into. So, no period for 6 months, except for on the 5th month I did have 2 days of really bright red blood, but only lasted a couple days and has not returned. I am also feeling lots of pressure that sometimes is uncomfortable and even painful in my pelvic area, mostly on the left side, and it seems to be getting worse over time. When I try and sleep at night my left hip goes numb and it radiates down my leg, which causes my hip to actually be painful to touch in the mornings. I'm extremely fatigued lately, with lots of urges to use the restroom but most of the time nothing comes out (#1 or #2). I'm thinking maybe I have a cyst? Could a cyst cause your periods to stop for such a long time? Could any of these symptoms be any relation to my high grade dysplasia? So many questions!! Any input is much appreciated as all this is starting to play a big stress role in my life. Thanks in advance!
