Hey guys. I’ve started taking the pill again, I take Yasmin however I get the nausea side affect really bad so decided to take it at night but unsure if I’ll be covered because of the 12 hour window.
Should I take 2 pills in one day? or when I wake up tomorrow don’t take a pill until I’m getting into bed which will mean I hadn’t had a pill since he morning before.
How would I go about switching to taking my pill to before I go to bed instead of when I wake up.
Today is exactly my seventh day on the pil.
