Hormone Replacement

62 years old and have been on estradiol for 5 years. Started with .05 patch and 100 mg. Progesterone. Now I am only using .025 estrogen patch. Is there any health benefits from taking progesterone or dangers of containing estrogen therapy. I know about the NIH study, but so many women still use HRR. Please give me some advice.
