I feel that my anxiety is related to my hormones. What have you found to help you with your anxiety? Are there any all natural remedies you have used that made a positive difference?

If you are in the Uk there is a herbal tea that I found to be very helpful, it's called Dr. Stewarts Tranquillity Tea

Hello! I’ve suffered with anxiety for most of my teenage years and my body reaction is to throw up if I feel anxious etc so I have found rescue remedy (the droplets) really help to control my anxious feelings! You can buy it from boots or Superdrug. They have a big range of products but I find the droplets work best (it’s a herbal flower remedy) x

I found St Johns Wort to be really helpful, after finding some success with magnesium.
