Am I losing weight too fast?

I have been afraid of a lot of things lately. My body is tense, I am tense. I have an anxiety disorder. It keeps me from a lot of things. Latelt though, I have had pains around my body. All unexplained, and unfortunately no one takes me seriously. I don't know if something is wrong anymore. I went to the doctor and I weighed pounds heavier then when I checked today. Of course losing weight is all fine and dandy, but if the scale was right I lost 6 pounds over night, maybe even 8. If it is wrong it means I dropped 18 pounds within a month.
