Folic Acid

Vitamin D

According to researches, vitamin D can affect hair growth, but will not affect it directly. However, Vitamin D can affect Zinc level which is essential to hair growth. If you want better hair health level you can also consider, D vitamins such as Vitamin D2, Vitamin D3, Vitamin Ad3.
