Hello L1n0z :)

I'm sure you realise that you are well within a healthy weight range and if you lose much more weight, you would risk becoming underweight.

A couple of things you could give attention to.

1. Eating well. You're young and you have the chance to establish good patterns now to keep you healthy and fit throughout life. The basics are eating real food, home cooked, not 'stuff' in packets that pretends to be food. There are some good tips here zoe.com/post/tim-spector-gu... Why not go for 30 plants this week?

2. Following on from 1. Learning to cook, if you don't already. Trying different foods and recipes, becoming self-reliant. Learning about foods and nutrition.

3. Activity: Not with the aim of losing weight but keeping fit and toned. Also, physical activity is hugely important for mental health and well-being, and it can also can be a social activity e.g. a walking, running or cycling group. Do something you like, for the fun of it.

As a reminder, these are the replies you received last time you were here

Regular resistance training and a nutritious diet will make sure that you don't lose muscle and don't look scrawny, concentrate on the intensity rather than the duration of training and stay away from processed food which is high in carbohydrates and low in nutrition.

Perhaps you need to start doing some regular toning exercises, you don’t need to go all in for popeye/ arnie style muscles but it will help you to be lean rather than scrawny. Plenty of plans online and you may be able to buy some second hand weights or whatever equipment you need on ebay or local for sale adverts if you don’t have time for a gym.

Not what you're looking for?
