I had my gallbladder out a few years ago and I've been eating normally ever since. Well, normally for me. If you eat sensibly and follow the 80/20 rule, I think you'll be OK. Just take one day at a time and you'll soon learn if there's something your body doesn't like you to eat. I'd also recommend making sure you're drinking enough water.
Don't panic, you'll be OK!

Onwards and downwards!
I had my gall bladder out some years ago . I’ve found keeping away from greasy fatty foods is best . I eat pretty normally, aiming for healthy diet … All the best 🌸
Thankyou have tried found so many foods have hidden fats. Its the days when not feeling like cooking from scratch and have difficulty with what to snack on. Found that my body don't like tomatoes or cheese or acidy foods so feel very limited. Have changed my milk etc. and taking Vit B complex also Vit D (Vit D by GP) I'm listening to my body and am getting used to it all and still learning. Used to be able to eat anything so maybe feeling resentful towards what needs to be done as being veggie finding difficult. Will carry on with the good fight.
Hope you find a good rhythm & get into a natural , healthy balance so you don’t have to worry about it soon . 🌈
Thanks to you all and yes have looked at the website
