With respect this is similar to your last post . Complex medical issues need to be addressed by medics . Even if you found someone with similar issues we aren't all the same and most of us aren't medically qualified nor know your history or you as a person . Make an appointment armed with all the issues you have clearly explained and request specific help .Diary daily issues - what you have eaten , drunk with what reactions happened when you ate them - good / bad , sleep pattern , any activities like going out etc . Please let us know how you get on and armed with a clear plan then I think you would feel you were getting somewhere. . If then it has been suggested you follow a meal plan then there are brilliant recipes and suggestions on here . We support mainly through general weight loss support and really good ideas for balanced sensible eating but medical issues are complex and need targeted help . I feel you haven't been ignored by anybody here and the posts received are generally saying the same thing - get medical help and because your symptoms really display that you can't carry on experiencing such unpleasant issues every day then we can all understand your frustration . Try and be calm and factual when you go armed with your pre planned questions - very difficult I know as I have been frustrated , sometimes nervous when I get to unfamiliar surroundings but these people are trained to help and must have seen a lot of similar cases / patients.

It helps me reaching out on this site and sharing my issues .Genuinely wishing you all the best .

ok fine. not saying people have ignored my post *.you with respect have no idea that if you read im shunned gas lighted from gp to gp and all say different things. so with respect i pray people are never given a med by great gps that shouldnt be given longer than 2 weeks. and im the one who will suffer for months tapering. and with respect gps and psychs do not know much. certainly not about nutrition and a dietician didnt either. and 2 gastros refused tests so I've spent a fortune on my own tests via good companies. and with respect it's horrible being told im complicated . with respect thankyou

Dear Basten, your inssues are very common withpeople who suffer from B12 issues. gut problems go hand in hand with pernicious anemia. You might want to post on the PAS forum for advice. Lots of people there who have experinced medical neglect. It might also be worth you reading some posts on thyroid uk to help you rule out a thyroid issue.Thyroid problems can give rise to alsorts of issues and often go undiagnosed.
