Hi Katherine90, welcome to the forum! Well my food addiction was.... iced Belgian buns from co - op! Sad or wot!! I haven't had one for 4 weeks now but I have to admit I gaze longingly at them while shopping! And to make matters worse they've started selling them in Sainsbury 's where I do my main shop!! Not good! Good luck with your weight loss! I've about 3 stone to lose
Oh dear - mashed potato with cheddar cheese. But healthy version - mashed cauliflower with pepper, garnished with spring onions and a soft boiled egg.
Another addiction - pancakes. Best simply avoided. I no longer keep flour in the house because the risk of cooking up a batch of pancakes is just too high.
Hi Katherine. I'm absolutely addicted to custard creams, I have 4 a day. Two with afternoon tea and 2 with hot cup of milk at night. I cannot give this up even though I try so hard 😕
This is my addiction also! They are just so delicious, if I'm not careful I could end up eating half a pack
Thank God I'm not alone, i can't seem to control myself. Today was going so well cos I had just one biscuit after afternoon tea but then ruined it by having pizza for dinner. 😁 But I have been doing exercise did so hopefully not too much damage done.
Oh well wel see what happens on Monday at the weigh in. I last posted a couple of weeks ago at 10.7. Do u post on there too?
Yeah I post generally in the afternoon one as the morning one is just so hectic. But I last weighed in at 11.8 I think, but I've probably put weight on this week, I've had a terrible couple of days! Eating anything with sugar in I just can't get enough of it. But like you I have been doing more exercise so I hope that's counteracted some of the bad stuff I've been eating!
P.S I'm trying to give biscuits up for lent but we will just have to see how long that lasts.
Fingers crossed for u. Hope u do well on Monday. Will look out for u. I think it's a miracle me stopping at 2 biscuits lol That's my target for the next week I think / just having 2 a day.

Crusty grain/seeds bread thick with butter, oh YUM!! I am positively addicted and so I've gone cold turkey and not eaten any bread for almost 6 months. It's the only way for me - 1 crust and I'd eat the loaf
Bread for me too I'm afraid and I'm a bit like queenie-duke...all or nothing so no bread in our house!

The turkey is fine why not try it on a crisp
Bread /or rolled in cos lettuce leaf or with say a chopped up egg & light salad cream. Dosent sound much but it really nice & filling , good luck .

My big fix right now is bacon and tomato sandwiches for breakfast. The bacon has to be extra crispy and the tomatoes cooked well so they taste sweet and I achieve this in my halogen oven so most of the fat is lost.
Cheese. In ANY of its forms. I've cut it out almost completely now, but it was a hard separation! I used to add it to everything: cheesy baked beans, extra cheese on an already four-cheese pizza, cheese on bolognese, solid blocks with crackers, cream cheese, spreadable smoky cheese on toast...
Now, I'll only have a sliver of mozzarella on chicken with a scrape of pesto, as an occasional treat. Every other change to my diet has been easy - far easier than I thought. This is the only thing that gives me the occasional craving. I've combated it by incorporating a lot more Chinese food into my diet - cheese is hardly ever used.
