My one year weight loss transformation 😁

The first photo was taken 28th July 2022 weighing 15stone 3lbs. The second picture taken 28th July 2023 weighing 11stone 10lbs. Just look at the difference! I am loving my new body shape and the smooth, toned curves on my body! This journey has been the best decision of my life and I have never felt better!

There are other clubs and challenges you can join in with too so keep looking around.

We advise you to at least join in with the Weekly Weigh In (the name speaks for itself) and the Daily Diaries where we share our meal plans. The support, friendship and advice are second to non on these. Have a scroll through the other pinned posts and join in any you find interest you.
