New to weight loss

I have lots another 3lbs this week

UPDATE

28th June - 21stone

02nd July - 20stone 8.5

16th July - 20stone 6

06th Aug - 20stone 5

10th Aug - 20stone 2

I have other issue which may be contributing to the weight loss but all in all i am glad the pounds are dropping off.

thanks for that link BridgeGirl. I just spent a fascinating evening reading the reports from that link, then looking into how it might work for me as a vegetarian. I am convinced I definitely need to take this on board.
