Hello,

I'm new here. My plan is to lose weight by calorie counting and exercise. I feel better motivated by challenges. Is there any challenge to lose weight by 2 months or so?

Hi and welcome, harii :)

You've just missed a challenge and a boot camp, but next week  Professor-Yaffle will be posting about low carb eating and in September, we'll have another Boot Camp hosted by  Hopalong1 I suspect we'll have another challenge after that, in the lead up to Christmas.

In the meantime, if you follow this link to Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/weight-l... you'll find plenty of other things to keep you focused.

Hello harii Pleased to see you on. Good luck on your weight loss journey. I have tagged you on the Daily Diary running all the time, recording food and exercise. Some members challenge themselves to give up sugar or walk more for example. I will also be in touch about the next Boot Camp (Sept 6th). There is also a low carb thread, is this your thing?(9th Aug). I know you are a calorie counter. I started this way too. All the best 🙂🙂x

bit of a hiccup this week and deciced i wanted some odd things (no im not pregnant)a mars bar bacon and two sausage rolls so put a couple of pounds back on. cant do any exercise because i hurt my knee and both shoulders .doing physios ild exercises.
