Hi I'm starting the deed today. Healthy eating and hopefully weight loss. I'm nearly 59 and the big 60 is looming. I've decided to be fab at 60! No excuses! I've joined the gym, my induction is today, wish me luck! My starting stats are:
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 11 stone 6 lbs (can't believe I divulged I'm normally secretative)

Also a new starter, wish I had enough money for the gym! 😂 as I’m an apprentice I get just over £400 to last a month I have gym equipment at home so I can ‘ride a bike’ and ‘row a boat’
You don't need to attend a gym to lose weight hun, be inventive! A few friends together and start a Saturday fitness club do a fitness dvd together, go to the park and join one of the free park runs, challenge each other to how many steps you can do every week, have a kitty and each put in £2 a week, the one with the highest number of steps gets the 'kitty' to spend on a treat!! Try it, it's gud fun hun xxx

I looked forward to 60 and I enjoyed it. Now each year I make a new commitment and this year - two years on - health is top of the agenda. The 60's are fab... make the commitment, stick to it and enjoy it. Very best of luck to you.
