So today I have made chilli 🌶️

5% minced Beef

Lazy Chilli 1tsp

Red yellow green pepper 🫑

Red Oinon

2 Garlic cloves

Tin to marrow

Mushrooms

Courgette

1 oxo cube

Season all!

cherry tomatoes

Worcestershire sauce

Serve with Jacket potatoes or rice

Good assortment of veg . If I am short of time I make similar and serve with tinned chick peas with a pinch of cumin , oregano, black pepper and balsamic vinegar on top as they can be bland on their own

Lovely! I usually make mine with similar ingredients plus frozen quorn mince and a little cocoa powder-yum! They use cocoa in South America a lot.
