I'm having a great first week sticking to my new healthy lifestyle which has now rubbed off on my partner who also now wants to start jogging lol, does anyone know if there is an android app for this? Thank you 😉
Hello everyone: I'm having a great first... - Weight Loss Support
Hello everyone
Glad to hear your enjoying your first week Hidden and it is so nice to have your partner on board with you.
Have you had a look at the C25k?
Will do and thank you,
Well done, glad you now have support and company to motivate each other.
Well I kept telling my partner what I was going to do and kinda rubbing off, we both stopped smoking too while ago hence healthy start but wished I'd done this ages ago tbh, tried few diets made me feel ill lacking in nutrients I guess but saw nhs and thought it's just swapping about cutting out stuff lower fats so here I am feeling great to, how about yourself
I'm doing alright, I'm now 2 pounds away from my first stone, slow but sure.
Well done for quitting smoking together - that is a hard habit to break, Seriously well done both of you. More pennies in the pot for the new clothes for when you both reach your goals.
Wow that's amazing, have you been just eating nhs advised way or some other diet as really am done with fad diets might lose weight at first but one way or another you lack in something so I'm glad this one you can have lots you like just less of it
I'm following the calorie range given by NHS BMI calculator and eating within that range.
I've been doing this since January - I started by cutting my portion sizes down from king sized to more regular sized portions for the first 2 & 1/2 months, then started calorie counting using the free myfitnesspal app, which recommended 1200 cals a day and everyone on here said it wasn't enough but to check NHS BMI checker. ( I was poorly most of April and first couple of weeks in May - this turned out to be Diary intolerance).
Then 2 weeks ago I wanted a little boost hence I started the fasting days. Then I will compare the difference after 4 weeks is up.
So for 4 weeks I am trying out the 4:3 eating plan, where I am fasting/eating 600 cals 3 days a week and the 4 days I'm having my 13-1700 cals.
I have no problems fasting, but it doesn't suit everyone.
