I think the most important thing is keeping are minds positive and loving ourselfs and wanting to take care of ourselves and saying im beautiful and when you have that positivity you have the determination to stay focused on reaching your goals its taking control of the negativity and turning it around in positivity because we can all do it we have the ability to change we just got to really have more confidence in ourselves ☺️❤😊
