hi it's not hard to loose weight if you are motivated I have serve copd broncechtisis emphysema respiratory type 2 odimia and pseudomnas I'm on oxygen nebulizer and bibep machine I was 107.5kg know I'm 89kg still loseing and going gym anyone can just need that push and motivation please ask if you want to know anything from me I'm foxy79 good luck to everyone
