I'm going to try very hard Cockneyblue. Thankful for the support on here. Guess what I had for breakfast??? Salmon steak cooked in butter ( small amount) seasoned & served with wholemeal toast & egg. Very nice indeed. It was kipper yesterday. I'm going to get back on the porridge next week. Have a lovely weekend. 🐢G

They all sound really good. I might move in with you for while if you cook like that. πŸ˜‚ I've been having mackerel fillets in the sealed packs, with salad for lunch sometimes. It makes a change. I'm still dancing round the bedroom, which is paying off in the bp direction as it was 130/80 Friday, dr was really pleased. But the weight still not shifting so well done for losing George, you are a pleasure to have on here. πŸ‘πŸ‘

Good on you, George, doesn't it feel good to have a result? (Whether it was the correct one where the rugby's concerned is, of course a moot point...)

Good work George! How does it feel to lose weight? May I ask what did you do to achieve that? I've been wanting to lose weight every since but I'm having a hard time. Anyway, keep up the good work!

Hi Damian Campbell, welcome to the group forum.

A very good team with a lot of good advice and helpful support.

My weight results for Monday past was a error, not a few stones loss but I did lose 7lbs.

I just try to have Healthy meals, and the 5 a day.

I know that I have a problem with food and I have made some changes in regards portion size and amount etc.

I have mobility problems but I try hard to keep on the move.

Good luck with your journey.
