Hi Charliebooboos it's good to see you back. I'm afraid I live in Italy so I can't help with the walking. May I suggest you ask around locally, has your town got a FB page?
I'm sure that you can remember your way around but if you can't I suggest that you begin at the pinned posts. Just click on the link below, scroll down until you find a post which interests you, click on the title to open the post. If you want to see another one just start again.

As always we find that participation is the key to success. The Daily Diary and the weekly Weigh In are very good places to begin.
Good luck 🍀
hi charliebooboos
Sorry in Manchester area but the walking is great , myself for the last 29 days has walked just 4km a day take’s around 1 hour 10 mins for me 😂😂 push my grandson round even when working I go round the block am hooked on it BUT I have actually noticed I’m losing weight on my legs an bum 🤣 was hard the first few days but I really enjoy it now . plus it’s free I recently broke my leg and ankle. (work injury 😱) so it’s a slow walk around then a little bit more then more , and before you know it you’ve lost weight your feeling more energised … sorry not in your neck of the woods I would of enjoyed a grown-up conversation love listening to my grandson blah blah blah blah blah doggie nanna an me talking the same back to him 😂🤣😂 hopefully you will find a group near you but if not just try a little walk round the block or to the shop 🥾🥾🥾

I'm too far away to walk inperson with you, but what about a virtual walk together at the same time or talking at WhatsApp or Messenger while walking. I also don't have regular walking times.
When I started running a few years ago I often called my SIS during my run to have company and forget about the pain and boringness.
