Scroll through the thread, taking note of the information in the header and offering words of support and encouragement to others that have weighed in. Then put your own stats in the last Reply box, where it says 'Reply to tidirhin2548' and 'Leave a comment...' .
I hope this helps
The weight often creeps on a few ounces at a time, so when we are working to lose weight, we can’t really expect it to come off any quicker sadly. Exercise also builds stronger muscles (which weigh more), so can cancel out the weight loss a little….measuring can help here as your body shape will change and improve. Keep going on the healthy meals, sensible food choices and being as active as possible, and you will see a gradual improvement, and feel better too!
These are my thoughts completely but when you reach my age - 61 then you really appreciate the benefit of exercise . Being able to run - a bit - with my grandchildren and swim maybe faster than them gives you that really positive mental wellbeing . I won't stand at the back of a Zumba class I like to learn from the instructor and keep up . After not exercising intensely for about a decade it took me maybe a year to be able to really enjoy not endure exercise . I am lucky and fortunate to say that my weight loss helped relieve the knee problems I was starting with but when I think I was hauling round about 9kg on each knee more than I do now its no wonder I feel physically and mentally better .Not just the weight loss with me but being able to keep up with those around me . Saying that I occasionally walk with a group where many are 75+ and they are my inspiration .
