My starting weight back in April was 102.6 kg been calorie counting since and today I weighed in at 85.6 kg. Do daily walks and eat sensible. Now wanting to just maintain weight as 6ft 5 tall so don’t wanna go lower. Currently Having around 2650 calories a day but also walk around 15000 steps a day. Keep it going everyone it will come off.

As with all our activities, we ask everyone to reply to others and I'm sure you'll find it interesting to see how everyone else has been managing.

I've just explained, above. Click on the blue link I've given you. That will take you to all our Pinned Posts, starting with Welcome Newbies. Scroll down until you come to Maintainers. Click on the header, read the post and join in by replying to the host (DON'T click on Write or you'll create a new post on the forum rather than joining in with the Maintainers post).
