Hey all today I made popcorn bars which sound super unhealthy but if your looking for a choccy treat that is reasonably low in cal (90 per square) then it is perfect! Satisfies my chocolate cravings. The recipe is in Tom kerridege’s weight loss book and has some fab recipes! Thanks for all the help with the snacks I think I will try to see if I can go a day without snacking 😬
