Quite pleased with myself today have been drinking herbal tea instead of the usual 20 cups with 2 sugars in each.

I had to do the same to get over my sugar cravings. I now find that I prefer the fruit teas!

Im getting used to them now the amount of tea with sugar in i had every day was ridiculous
