Had a reset last wed , weighted myself and 3 weeks stayed the same . Decided I need to restart everything eating excercise , mind set . Going really well , decided to only eat when I’m hungry and make sensible choices . Done Pilates each morning only short stints , walked more and 15 mins yoga in evening . Feel like a new me already . Need to increase walking over next few weeks before I restart C25K .

As always we find that participation is the key to success. The Daily Diary and the weekly Weigh In are very good places to begin.

Good luck 🍀
