Hi Hipop2021 and welcome to the forum. You have definitely come to the right place for advice and support.I also struggle with mobility ( hobble with 2 sticks), due to polyarthritis, degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia etc etc and thought I would struggle to lose weight but was delighted when I started losing it and it has improved my mobility not lugging around the 18st 2lb I started at.
Good luck with your weight loss journey.

Thanks that’s really encouraging to know. I’m motivated to do this as know a hip op would change my life . Thanks!
Hi, I had to lose weight for a knee replacement op. Decided on the low carb high (good) fat option and managed over a stone in 8 months. I had a successful op and feel great and still losing weight slowly. Good luck with your challenge. The support on here is fantastic. X
