Hey there.

I am here to try to get my head in the game to lose my last stone/stone and a half.

I've lost weight before, got stuck, put weight on and this year got fed up of yo-yoing. The sad thing is.. I know what to do. What I should be eating. What I should be doing. But then something just comes over me.

In April I joined noom and this past 3 months it has helped. It stopped me yo-yoing and I found new healthy foods I enjoy.

I went from 11 stone 5lbs to 10 stone! But I've suddenly lost my way and crept up to 10 stone 5. My goal is to reach 9 stone.

I am a mum of 2 daughters and its the summer holidays and I know this is just a massive excuse but it's thrown my usual routines out of sync and I've had extra days off, a birthday dinner and I have wanted to enjoy the holidays with my kids and get treats and takeaways to celebrate! And when I am working I get home and feel shattered so reach for chocolate pick me ups! Lots!

I have days off next week so it's hard for me to get my head in the game knowing I will probably overeat next week anyways!

On the one hand I tell myself it's OK. I will get back to it after next week! But by then I will probably be back to 11 stone! Aghhh! Why does the weight go on so quick but take months to come off!

Anyways... lol... more of a vent than a proper intro sorry! I just had to come somewhere to say this!!!
