Hi folks this is the 6th week of my diet and for the first time since I was in my 20’s Ive made a conscious decision to start exercising. I’ve always went for a walk and have quiet a heavy delivery job, but actually getting my heart going doesn’t happen very often. The point being since I’ve been on this healthy eating/diet I feel 100% better all round in myself and the loss of weight has made a massive difference to me, not just my waist line but mentally as well. Just doing half an hour on my bike every day to start. This forum/support is great to keep me focused. Good luck everyone stay positive 😊🚴♂️👍🏻

I'm new to this site (on day 2)... and just been for a 5k walk to enjoy the lovely sunshine and make my dogs look more knackered than I am! And oh, boy could I do with losing a stone (to start with)... so well done being back on your bike.... keep enjoying your weightloss and your exercise!PB
