Whay-hey!!
I made it, I’ve completed a whole week on the nhs diet - and I’ve stuck to it. I’ve lost 4lb and 1 inch off my waist. I’ve always been bored quite quickly of any diet, but don’t find it with this diet. Several times due to previous diets, I’ve thought I cannot eat this and cannot eat that - bit that’s not the case with calories !!! Just make sure you count everything. I’ve been totally honest and noted everything good or bad.
Back to work today, so just need to be better organised.
