Hey everyone!

I'm ChubBeGone. As my name suggests, I have a lot of chub that I would like to be gone. But I'm not very good at ridding myself of said chub. I really need support, I'm hoping you guys can help me with that :)

This is a great place for information and support, and once you start getting involved with forum activities you'll soon feel part of the community. A good starting point is joining a weekly weigh in - you could try the Sunday Super Slimmers in the morning, they will make you very welcome. Then, have a look at the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans: you'll see different approaches and everyone will be happy to answer your questions. You can start adding your own plans when you're ready.

You'll find them, and all our other activities, in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/weight-l... Joining in, chatting and supporting others will pay off for you so get involved as much as you can.

Hey BridgeGirl! Thank you, my kitty is called Sox, I have lots of other pets too :D

I'll have a nose through the site and join some stuff too. The Sunday weigh in group sounds good, I'll check that out too. Thank you for your reply :)

Hello ChubBeGone great name but you'll have to change it when you have been on here a while because its a great place to get that chub to be gone. Yes I'm one of the Sunday Super Slimmers do join us it would be good to have you on the group. Look forward to seeing your plans.

Its all on the page. When you open Weight loss support page on the right hand side you should see Daily Diary, click on this to enter your plan and food, also you'll see the sunday weigh in, you put your start weight Last week's weight (or date of last weigh-in) -

Weight today -

Loss/Gain/STS -

Total loss -

It's all there just copy and past into your reply to the host. I'll look out for you tomorrow.

Welcome ChubBeGone,

As BridgeGirl and Reving have said, the daily diaries and a daily weigh in day are great. There have been a real help to me in achieving weight loss 😀

Also I notice from your profile page that you struggle with getting into a vicious cycle of comfort eating which you blame yourself for. Can I suggest looking up on "Insulin Resistance"; this has transformed how I look at dieting as you realise that what you eat can fuel cravings and cause your body to sabotage all your good intentions. The good news is that the solution is not too difficult 👍
