Hi Jewels46 and welcome to this amazing forum. I suggest you spend some time clicking about to find your way around. It's easier if you have a lap-top as there are several threads. If you’re using another device I strongly suggest that you use the web page as opposed to the app at least until you know your way around.
Have a good read of the pinned post “Welcome Newbies” and follow every thread.
You will find both the Daily Diary and today's Weigh In, in the pinned posts. Just follow other members example and reply to your host "dontdojogging"

I strongly suggest you read and contribute to the Daily Diary and participate in a Weekly Weigh in., as it's far the best way of getting and giving support.
You will find there's loads of tips about better eating, from other members. Sharing your daily menu not only helps you stay committed, it can help other members too.

Thanks so much TabbyCat. I'll take that advice on board. Should I weigh in this morning ?Thanks again for reply. Don't have access to laptop much as my daughter using it for college.
You can choose which ever day you prefer to log your weight. All our groups are very supportive.Try having a click around from the laptop when your daughter's not using it, just so you know how many things are on offer. Then you'll be able to use the tablet/phone easier.
