Well it was my weigh day at work today. We pay £1 per week and when we get a large amount it goes to charity.just donated £100 to air ambulance anyway I've lost 4 .25 pounds this week and been slimmer of week. I'm so proud of myself. Go me! He he he he. Thanks to everyone's support on here. Your all amazing x

What a fabulous loss. I only lost half lb today. But that was a real achievement, given the long weekend of temptations. And I ended up eating/drinking some of them. 3. 5lbs to go to get to my lowest weight as a full grown adult.
