Thank you. I just wanted to say that you must believe in yourself and want this more than anything and make those all important changes in your life and commit to this journey your taking. It's the best feeling losing weight, but what keeps me motivated is knowing that am sticking with it week after week and doing myself proud. Don't let your motivation die and stay strong.

The best advise I can give to anyone starting this journey is if this is your first week then give it your all as the first week is the week you will see the most pounds drop off to kick start your journey. clh73 I really really believe in the nhs 12 week plan and this community has helped me throughout and I am here at week 18 still doing it and still loving it.

I really do wish you all the best on your journey clh73 and remember "anything is possible"

Best wishes

Hi Trishaloulou :)

Well done for taking that first step! 4lb is a good goal but don't beat yourself up if you don't achieve it - even 1lb lost is a step in the right direction.

Good luck!
