Large slug of Worcestershire sauce
Mixed herbs, garlic, salt,pepper to taste
2tbsp onion gravy granules
Water to cover
Prep veg by peeling and chopping into small chunks.
Place in slow cooker and cook on high for 6-8 hours
Now I eat as it is. The boys have added chunky bread to soak up all liquid.
