I am a new mum with a 14 week old baba. Whilst in my 2nd and 3rd term of pregnancy I stacked on quite a lot of weight... About 50 pounds!
I'm now really wanting to try and lose the extra 2 stone I'm carrying to help with confidence over my body image and for my general health.
I tend to have a mostly very healthy diet, but portions have steadily got bigger.
I'm hoping that having an account on here and some support will help me stick to my goals as I often have great intentions and then get easily sidetracked... Especially as I love to cook as often more butter and more salt is the tastiest answer haha.
So yes, hello all! Would be great to meet some more people on here.

Welcome!!! I can’t wait to see how you get on. I’m also on a baby weight mission (but my youngest is already 2...) I weigh in on Wednesdays with the Wednesday Wobble Warriors (other days are available) and log what I eat on the daily the evening before. One of the admins with post links for you no doubt.
