Weight loss low carb and exante shakes
Hi and welcome, Megan23
As Thehappyman has pointed out, Exante shakes are highly processed and 'made' in a lab, they contain maltodextrin that you as a diabetic should avoid, because it's high on the glycaemic scale and can cause blood sugar spikes. Not only that, but they don't teach you anything about the correct way of eating and it's not a sustainable way forward. You'll find this a much more successful and enjoyable approach dietdoctor.com/diabetes
All of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... and I hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially a weigh-in and the daily diary.

Hello Megan23 .
I’ve just started reading “The Obesity Code”, recommended by my GP. The author talks about diabetes type 2 and how to eliminate it. I know, sounds crazy. But it was recommended by a professional and has a lot of good comments on Amazon.co.uk, so I am going to give it a try.
Welcome and see you later.
You don't need to eat cr*p like that.

May Hidden can offer some advice. In a month she has lost nearly 2 stone and stopped her T2D injections by cutting her carbs right back.
(similar advice to diet doctor. Check out both)
I love that man🌸
