Hi Lidiaana,
I'd suggest looking at the NHS 12 week plan, which you can tailor to your own preferences - but is a good structured plan. Have a look at the Welcome Newbie post - it's in the Pinned posts area - and that has many helpful suggestions too.
Good luck.

If your weight loss had stuck, perhaps you need a slight tweak to calorie intake? Or an increase in exercise? Just small changes can make a difference 😊 Good luck
thank you
I have had some success losing my final lbs (the most difficult to lose) on the Blood Sugar Diet. Try googling it on the internet. It is very tough and does seem to attract some eccentric eaters, judging from the comments in the forum. I am only doing it to support my partner who wants to use it to control his diabetes, otherwise I would not go there as it is so difficult to have a social life and follow it at the same time.
Lowcal is right to direct you to the NHS plan, it does give a lot of flexibility and choices while maintaining all the current healthy eating guidelines so you know you are not building health problems for the future.
Good luck with your first week whichever system you choose. They mostly all work if we follow them properly, so it is worth finding one that makes you say "Well that sounds OK, I can see myself managing that."
