I see adverts on Facebook and Instagram and they are about different body types and how to lose weight when you’re a busy mum or going through the menopause, lots of different reasons. I download the app and then find I have to pay after my free trial. There must be someone out there who wants to offer a weightless/exercise app with videos that are free or how to learn yoga without there being a fee attached as I can’t afford to pay for weekly classes so that’s why I’m looking for free helpful videos.

Commercial Weight Loss
Most of those videos are nonsense. Their main purpose is to make money for the poster, not to help you lose weight; by the time you figure out it's all nonsense, the poster is long gone, with your fee in his pocket.
The main problem with the internet is figuring out what's nonsense and what isn't!
If you want some nice watchable videos for free, I can recommend the stuff Eric Berg posts on YouTube. He doesn't really talk about diets per se, but he has a lot of good explanations about why people get fat, and the general mechanics of stopping it from happening.
I'm told by female friends that he's also quite easy on the eye
Here's a nice one to start with, on the subject of the common problems. Some incredibly good advice here that will help virtually anyone on their weight-loss journey, whatever method they've chosen to use:

In addition to the excellent information you've already been given, you can find numerous free exercise videos on YouTube. Leslie Sansone's are popular with many forum members
Hi,
You don't have to pay for anytthing.
There are different sources where you can get advice, exercises etc.
Of course this is a great forum for every thing.
Also if you are looking for exercises you can see - Fitness Blender, Popsugar fitness, Bowflex etc.
Also you can check - Daily Cardio, Daily abs etc apps on the Android/ not sure about ios.
This is all free.
Basically you have to customise your diet plan / exercise plan / wellness plan as per your time / habits / preferences etc. Once you get going then nothing can stop you.
Don't spend a penny over anything except your running shoes, Yoga mat, Exercise dress and a skipping rope if possible.
all the best!
Hello and I'll certainly be checking out IvanTheHorrible 's video suggestions, thanks Ivan!
I just wanted to say I am successfully losing weight through what I have learned so far through this site, it has cost me nothing - in fact I have saved money through fostering better habits, like bringing my lunches into work from home instead of going out and buying sandwiches.
I can't personally recommend any exercise videos as I tend to build exercise into my daily life - I bike to work and around town, do a bit of gardening, haul wood in the winter etc. (Although I do have a hula hoop and enjoy wiggling to a playlist I have put together.)
Buuuut people I know recommend Jillian Michaels' body shred videos (I always have a chuckle at the relentlessly cheerful acolytes in the background) and I have had a look at some hula hoop videos just to get my technique right. All free on YouTube.
