Ryvita
I don't think one food item in isolation is either good or bad. Why not use the Daily Diary and then you'll get some useful feedback and can share ideas with others?
I like them well enough in strict moderation (because of the carbs). I enjoy a couple occasionally with some cheese on top. 😄
Good tip! There seems to be a very wide choice of crispbreads and crackers out there, will take a while to try them all!
You could try making your own healthier crackers, I make these and for a change, I add thyme instead of seeds. You could add any herbs or spices of your choice. They are really very easy and quick to make 😊
I love Ryvita and WASA, and all of the crisp breads, but I've come to realise they are just another concentrated form of carbohydrate which should be limited so as not to stall weight loss. One of my favourite snacks used to be 4 slices of Ryvita spread with a total of 30 ml. of peanut butter and topped with one thinly sliced banana. But these days, I have been trying to avoid refined bakery products all together -- and this includes crisp breads just as much as it does donuts, strudel, banana breads, cakes, and pies! It sounds like quite a sacrifice but . . . my too-tight "XL" T-shirts which have languished in a drawer of their own for the past year are fitting me now!
