I've just completed an hours intensive exercise! ππΌ
Was a normal morning, routine with my son. Had breakfast (shreddies) play time etc. Once he went down for a nap I cleaned the kitchen down and thought stop telling myself I will exercise later and just bloody do it π€¦π»ββοΈ it was hard I'm not going to lie but I did it...
5 miles on my bike, around 50 sit-ups (that's a lot for me since my c section)
Press up (the girly version I'll admit, I have a broken toe that never healed so I can't put a lot of pressure on my left foot and I have torn the ligaments and tendons on my left knee to π past injuries that I didn't get seen)
A bit of yoga (simple stuff) and finished it off with a 15/20 mins dance work out ππΌ
I will achieve the body I want!!! Done it before so I can do it again

Well done Chunkycharlie π it feels so good afterwards doesnβt it? And I agree with you totally about βdone it before so I can do it again β mentality π of course you can πππ
It's mostly motivating myself to do it. After spending all day sorting everyone else out I just want to sit down in peace, but I'm trying to get a routine together. Maybe once my son goes for his nap I can do what I have done today π
I intend on doing more once he's in bed tonight. See how much I can get done
I might hang my old bikinis on my bedroom door for motivation ππππ
I had the same issue. I tried to do too much straight after my c section and tore all my stitches and pulled my staples π€¦π»ββοΈ I refused to admit I needed help π
My son is now 17 months old and I'm determined to shift my baby fat ππΌ
So true. I don't really remember much about the first 2 weeks. It doesn't bother me, I'd rather go through all that hell again then what could have happened. I was told another 10 mins and we both would have died π±π scary stuff.
This is the most supportive and nonjudgmental group I have found... think I may stick around π
Bless you. That is scary stuff. I canβt imagine how horrible that must of been for you all. My c section was planned, having an emergency one is so much harder to recover from.
So nice to hear you have a toddler to keep you on your toes now.
I love this forum. I wonβt be going anywhere anytime soon π
Have you got a particular goal in mind for your weight loss journey?
I'm a bit like a wild horse when exercising π I just do what I feel my body needs.
Have you got any suggestions? I need to build my tummy muscles up as they have not been used properly in a long time. I want to loose my weight from my thighs, hips, tummy and back π
Wow good going it's so easy to put it off by something we think is more important we all have to get our heads round the fact we are important too! Well done π
Aww that's so sweet π thank you. I must admit I caved a little today I have bacon, hash brown, beans toast and an egg today and 4 squares of chocolate π but will work harder to get that back off lol
